Premsig.com does NOT give permission to copy, reproduce, modify, or download the website or any part of it, other than in the normal shopping process, without prior written consent.

All trademarks used on the site belong to Premsig.com, or the registered proprietor of such trademarks.

Premsig.com makes no guarantees as to the authenticity of items displayed at ads@premsig.com, or the reliability of sellers or buyers. The items displayed at ads@premsig.com are not listed for sale by Premsig.com.

You will not hold Premsig.com responsible for other buyers' or sellers' actions or inactions. ads@premsig.com is a site to allow people to offer, sell, and buy items between themselves. At no point do we have possession of anything listed or sold through this site.

We have no control over, do not guarantee, and you will not hold us responsible for the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings. Listings will be reviewed for authenticity of signatures, but this cannot be guaranteed.

All information on the website is up-to-date at the time of posting. This is subject to variation without notice.

Orders cannot be processed without full payment. No goods will be despatched until a credit or debit card payment has been authorised or another form of payment received. If a cheque should not clear, you agree to make alternative payment or retun the order in its original condition within 30 days. Any non-payment in this instance will be considered a debt, and will be treated as such.

To combat fraud, we make security checks on credit and debit card transactions and money is only debited if no warnings have been issued. If we reject your card, we will contact you to arrange alternative payment.

When ordering goods from Premsig.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary from country to country and we have no control over these charges and so cannot predict what they may be. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Delivery will be the responsibility of the seller and payment is held by Premsig.com until such time as delivery is made and accepted. All items must be shipped via a traceable service.

Customers have the right to cancel their order at any time before it is despatched, or within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

To cancel an order, customers should email Premsig.com, stating their contact details and order number. By law, you may cancel your order without reason (within 7 days). However, if you let us know what you felt went wrong we can use your feedback to improve our service.

Should you need to return an item, wrap the package securely and send the items to the seller. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We cannot be responsible for any returned goods that are lost in the post, or are returned without proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
