Rules for Buyers

By ordering an item from one of our ads, you agree to be legally bound by the following rules and conditions:

You will not hold Premsig.com responsible for other buyers' or sellers' actions or inactions. ads@premsig.com is a site to allow people to offer, sell, and buy items between themselves. At no point do we have possession of anything listed or sold through this site.
When you place an order and complete payment, your money is held in escrow by Premsig.com and only passed to the seller once you have accepted the item. You will have 14 days from receipt to accept or reject the item. If an item is rejected, you will return it to the seller in its original condition, and once it has been received and accepted by the seller, you will receive a full refund.
Buyers will be charged flat rates of postage: photographs to the UK and Western Europe, £1.50 each; to the rest of the World, £4.50 each: shirts and other items to the UK and Western Europe, £5 each; to the rest of the World, £9 each.
If you do not receive the item you have ordered, simply let us know and your payment will not be passed to the seller. Sellers are required to use a traceable postal service, and insure their shipments. You will receive a full refund if your order is not delivered.
Premsig.com will check the authenticity of any autograph submitted and reserves the right to refuse the listing of any item for any reason. Authenticity cannot be guaranteed for any signature not signed in front of you, and we make no such guarantees about any item listed here. Similarly, we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for the physical condition of any item, or the accuracy of any description. You will have 14 days after receipt of your order to accept or reject it for any reason.
Some sellers may accept a lower offer than the list price. Please feel free to email us an offer, which we would be happy to pass on to our sellers.
