I'm overseas, how do I know you'll send the item once you have received my money?

 

Do you check the autographs' authenticity?        Top

We do vet every item that is submitted for listing. As we do not physically possess any of the items listed at ads@premsig.com, we can only do this by looking at the image sent with the listing. We have over 50 years combined experience, and we can usually spot a fake. Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee the authenticity of any autograph unless it has been signed in front of you. We can make no guarantees about the authenticity of any item listed at ads@premsig.com. Premsig.com is not responsible for other buyers' or sellers' actions or inactions. ads@premsig.com is a site to allow people to offer, sell, and buy items between themselves. At no point do we have possession of anything listed or sold through this site.

How do I know that the signatures are genuine?        Top

We cannot guarantee that autographs listed at ads@premsig.com are genuine (as oposed to the main Premsig.com website, where we offer full money back guarantees). This site is a marketplace for people to list their own items. Premsig.com will vet every listing and will reject any items with obviously fake autographs. We would advise you to check known authentic examples before ordering any item from this site. We would be happy to give you our opinion on any autograph listed here. While we consider none of the autographs listed to be fake, there is always a wide spectrum of probability that one may or may not be, depending on how much the signature varies from the accepted norm.

How do I place an order?        Top

Simply click on Current Ads, in the menu on the left and check what we have available. Alternatively, search for your favourite team or players. If you don't find what you're looking for, email us or place a Wanted Ad and we'll do our best to help.

If we have an item in stock that you're interested in, simply enter the quantity you'd like and click on the Add to Basket button, with the picture of a shopping cart. Clicking on the heart button will add the item to your Favourites list. When you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and enter your details.

Do I get a certificate of authenticity?        Top

This is down to the seller. We cannot issue COAs for items listed at ads@premsig.com, as we are only providing the market, not the goods for sale themselves. We ask sellers to provide details of any authentication they will supply with the items.

Do your photographs have "Premsig.com" written across them?      Top

The images of the photographs displayed on our website have a Premsig.com watermark added to protect against image theft (images of our shirts also have this mark). The actual signed photos themselves do not have this wording on them.

How do I know that you're not ripping me off?        Top

When you place an order and complete payment, your money is held in escrow by Premsig.com and only passed to the seller once you have accepted the item. You will have 14 days from receipt to accept or reject the item. If an item is rejected, you will return it to the seller in its original condition, and once it has been received and accepted by the seller, you will receive a full refund.

Do you take credit cards?        Top

Yes, we can accept all major credit cards. We use PayPal, so you can be confident that the whole online payment process is conducted under high security. Your credit card details are not stored anywhere on this website, or known to us at all.

How else can I pay?        Top

We no longer accept payment by cheque, or any other postal payments, however you can make your payment by inter-bank money transfer. Simply contact us with your order requirements, and we will email you our account details.

What can I do if I change my mind?        Top

If you change your mind about any product you have received, for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund.

I'm overseas, how do I know you'll send the item once you have received my money?        Top

Your money will be held in escrow until you have received and accepted the item. You will have 14 days from receipt to accept or reject your order. It you are not happy for any reason, you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund.

Can I trace my purchase after you have sent it?        Top

Yes, when we ship your item we can inform you of the Royal Mail tracking number. You can check the status of the item here. Please request the tracking number when ordering, if you require it.
